Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who contacts Commandis Tree Service should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page covers how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.

Topics We Accept

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Commandis Tree Service
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Content on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

When the Issue Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with tree work at your property, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please still tell us. Feedback helps us keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Note that Commandis Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

Filing Your Complaint

Email contact@commandis.garden and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and the outcome you want

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider, and reply with our findings and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may also be able to help.
